This is a 27-year-old female who is 5’10” tall and weighs 128 lbs. She had two children that she breastfed. She felt that she lost a significant amount of fullness in her breast afterward. Pre-operatively she wore an A cup bra and desired to be a natural C cup after surgery. Therefore, she underwent a breast augmentation with Mentor MemoryShape tall height, moderate plus profile silicone implants, size 395cc. The implants were placed in a subpectoral pocket via inframammary fold incisions.
