This is a 49-year-old female who presented with typical signs of facial aging and desired improvement in her jowling as well as rejuvenation around her eyes. Therefore, she underwent a full facelift with rhytidectomy, SMAS elevation and plication, and platysmaplasty. At the same time she also improved around her eyes with an upper and lower blepharoplasty.
