This patient is a 38 year-old female who is 5’3” tall and weighs 130 lbs. She was interested in revising her breasts after a previous breast augmentation many years ago and after having two children. Upon examination, she presented a slight grade II capsular contracture and mild laxity of breast tissue, particularly on the left side. Therefore underwent a Periareolar Mastopexy with implant exchange using Mentor smooth round moderate plus saline filled implants, size 450cc. Achieving her desired breast revision goals and rejuvenated her appearance.

Her pre-operative pictures illustrate the moderate amount of breast ptosis and slight laxity of the skin on the abdomen. She also has a mild degree of rectus diastasis after 4 kids (widening of the space between the rectus muscles which are fairly common after pregnancy). She underwent an abdominoplasty with rectus plication as well as an implant exchange with larger silicone implants and a Bilateral Wise mastopexy.
